A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 11:00am in The Basilica of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception, Norfolk VA. Visitation and viewing will begin on Thursday, October2, 2025 at 3:00pm-6:00pm in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home. Family and friends will assemble at the residence for the processional to the church.
