84, passed away on Monday, 10/13/25 at Maryview Medical Center. She was born in Baltimore Maryland and lived in Portsmouth, VA. A funeral service will be held at Ebenezer Baptist Church 728 Effingham Street, Portsmouth. Her service will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 12noon. Visitation and viewing will be held on Tuesday from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Family and friends will assemble at the residence for the processional to the church.

I wish to offer my sincerest condolences to the family of my dear friend, Connie B. Warren. Connie and I were friends for nearly 50 years, and we stood by each other in good times and bad. She had the sweetest, gentle spirit and very generous heart. She loved her family and did everything in her power to provide for them and support them. May God bless, keep, and comfort her family during this time of mourning. Connie will truly be missed.
