59, passed away on September 26, 2026. He was born on October 27, 1966. He attended Portsmouth Public Schools. Daryl was a retired Retail Supervisor. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 1:00pm in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, Chapel. Visitation and viewing will be held on Sunday at 3:00pm-5:00pm.
Family will assemble at the Chapel for the funeral at 12:45pm.
Steele-Bullock Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.

To my dear sister-in-law, Rita, my niece, and nephews,
My heart is heavy as we mourn the loss of someone so deeply loved. I pray you find comfort in knowing how many lives he touched.
He was a wonderful brother who loved God, his family, and worked hard to provide for his family. He always encouraged others and shared positivity and hope.
When I think of my brother, I think of his faith, his strength, his love for his family, and the way he encouraged others to keep going, especially me. Those are the things I will carry in my heart forever.
His legacy lives on through each of you. I pray God comforts you, strengthens you, and reminds you that you are never alone.
I will forever be grateful that God blessed me with him as my brother. He will always be loved and never forgotten.
