Mr Throw's viewing will be on April 10, 2024, from 6 pm to 8 pm, here at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home 3950 Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, VA 23701, followed by a service on April 11, 2024, at noon, located at Zion Bethel United Church-Christ, 1617 Des Moines Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23704.
