Mrs. Stokes viewing will be on October 12,2023, from 5 pm to 7 pm, followed by a service on October 13, 2023 at 1 pm, both here at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, located at 3950 Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, Va 23701.
