Gloria Jean Evans Tucker 70, of Portsmouth Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on January 11, 2023 Mrs. Tucker will have a viewing on January 16, 2023, here at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, located at 3950 Turnpike Rd Portsmouth, Virginia 23701, from 5 pm to 7 pm.
