James served in the US Airforce. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 11:00am in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, 3950 Turnpike Road, Portsmouth, VA. Visitation and Viewing will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026 from 4-6pm.
