James Roosevelt Bradley, the son of the late Dicey and Theodore R. Bradley was born on November 2, 1936 and entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November4, 2021 at Sentara Leigh Hospital with his family at his bedside.
Mr. Bradley will have a viewing located at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home 3950 Turnpike Rd. Portsmouth, VA. 23701, on November 11, 2021 from 5-7,And his funeral will be Friday at noon located at Hood Chapel 611 Rockingham St. Norfolk Va.23523
