45, Chesapeake, passed away in Portsmouth, VA. He was born in Portsmouth, VA and attended Portsmouth Public schools where he graduated from I.C Norcom High School in 1996. Kevin was employed as an Electrician with American Energy and Brines Refrigeration for several years. He is cherished by his family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 12 noon in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home.
