Little Bobby Stancil was born in Portsmouth, Virginia to the late Advert and Marie Stancil. Bobby was employed with the City of Portsmouth. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 1:00pm at Tabernacle Church 1131 Crawford Pkwy, Portsmouth, VA 23704 . Bishop Marcus D. Brown, Sr. officiating. Visitation will began Monday, June 30, 2025 at 4:00pm-6:00pm. Family and friends will assemble at the church for the service.

My Godfather was a very loving man always wanting to give even when he didn't have. Loved coming to church and just very special. Love you and definitely gone be missed.
Bobby was very dear and special person. I considered him family. He had a kind heart. He called often to see how I was doing. His message was always the same: "Hey Trisha this is Bobby call me when you get this message". You will be missed Bobby.
