Little Bobby Stancil was born in Portsmouth, Virginia to the late Advert and Marie Stancil. Bobby was employed with the City of Portsmouth. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 1:00pm at Tabernacle Church 1131 Crawford Pkwy, Portsmouth, VA 23704 . Bishop Marcus D. Brown, Sr. officiating. Visitation will began Monday, June 30, 2025 at 4:00pm-6:00pm. Family and friends will assemble at the church for the service.

Mr. Bobby was like a family member, I used to talk to him when I lived in Parkview & see him walking around. I will miss him very much♥️
