In humble submission to the will of GOD, we the Management and Staff of Stevens Funeral Home stand alongside with the LUCAS Family as we announce the passing of Mr. Lawrence A. Lucas, Sr., 88, of Valdosta, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023 in Seattle, WA.
The celebration of life service will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Woodlawn Forrest Church of Christ, 1515 Barack Obama Blvd., Valdosta, GA 31601. Burial will follow at the Lucas Brothers Memorial Gardens.
Public viewing will be held Friday, December 15, 2023 from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Oh such fond memories of Cousin Lawrence. My husband and I visited Lawrence and his family when they lived in Issaquah, WA some years ago and he was so gracious and hospitable. Sincere condolences to his family. May the God of all comfort give you peace. 🙏 ❤️
