Azzariah Theresa Hayes, daughter of Shadrick Denear Hayes, Sr., and the late Jacia Chanetta Simmons.
Azzariah leaves to cherish her memories: her father, Shadrick Denear Hayes, Sr.; brothers, Keontrie McCoy, Shadrick Denear Hayes, Jr., and Amias Majestic Hayes; grandmother, Dianne Daniels; grandfather, Russell Lee Tyler; great- grandmothers, Louise Simmons and Mattie Barber; uncles, Carlos Tyler and Willie Daniels; aunts, Lajevelyn Daniels, Chandra Hayes-Hudson, Tiffany Simmons, and Sharquet Simmons; devoted great-uncle, Gerald Davis; and other family members.
Azzariah will be greatly missed by her family.
Visitation will be Friday, November 11, 2023 at the Stevens-McGhee chapel from 3-7PM.
A celebration of life for Azzariah and her mom, Jacia Simmons, will be Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 11AM at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Pavo, GA with Rev. Shelley, officiating.
