Obituary For Betty Evelyn Dowdy
Betty Evelyn Dowdy was born on March 9, 1934 and passed away November 2, 2025.
Betty spent most of her life as a home maker, taking care of her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie E. Dowdy and her son, David Wells and her daughter, Sarah Keane.
Betty was a mother to nine children. She also leaves behind a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know her. Love you always mama.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Quitman, GA at 1PM.
