Craig C. Head was born on November 15, 1962, to the late Horace and Helen Head. Craig lived a very vibrant and full life; he rarely met a stranger. Craig enjoyed spending time with his loved ones and friends. During his lifetime, he had various jobs and trades.

Craig leaves behind a very devoted fiancée, Shirley Spencer; five sisters, Vernita (Larry) Christian of Dixie, GA, Melissa Head, Joyce Head, Lisa Peterson, and Octivia (Quinton) Spivey, all of Thomasville, GA; two brothers, Terrance (Adrian) Head of Jacksonville, FL, Eric Head of Cape Coral, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services were Sunday, February 1, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Thomasville, Georgia with Pastor MarKeith McCarthy officiating. Burial followed at the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery in Pavo, Georgia.
