Mr. Edward Jamaal Denson, was born on June 12, 1999 to Chanika Chappell and Burt Denson. He was a beloved son, brother; grandson, partner; and friend. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Darnell Chappell and Edward Denson.
Edward was a young man full of ambition, drive, and compassion. He had a natural talent for technology and turned that passion into a purpose through his business, JD Mobile Repairs and More. Known for his skill and reliability, Edward not only built a reputable business but also formed lasting relationships with his customers and community. His love for electronics, especially cell phone repair, was matched only by his love for people.
Family was at the center of Edward's world. He dedicated much of his time to those he loved, always offering support, laughter and a helping hand. He shared a special bond with siblings: Breiasha, JyAshia, Exzavion, ChaKarria, Dazja, Justin, JaNiya, Quan, Jamaras, Alona, Kim, Zay, and Kharter.
Edward also leaves behind devoted
grandmothers, Linda Johnson and Renata Phillips.
He is lovingly remembered by his girlfriend, Kyneisha, and her son Peyton, whom Edward embraced as his own. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, uncles,
cousins, and friends who will forever cherish the joy and light he brought into their lives.
Edward's legacy is one of love, determination, and service. Though his time with us was far too short, the memories he leaves behind will remain in our hearts forever.
Homegoing services will be Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11AM at Calvary Christian Center. Burial will follow in North End Cemetery. Visit this website or our Facebook page to view a livestream of the service.
