Elijah Jermane Jackson was born on January 17, 1988, In Thomasville, GA, to the parents of Elijah Jackson and Elaine Jackson, who raised him with love, strength, and unwavering support. From a young age, Jermane displayed a vibrant spirit, a kind heart, and a natural ability to bring joy to those around him.

Whether it was his infectious laughter, his caring nature, or his ability to turn any moment into a cherished memory, he was a gift to all who had the privilege of knowing him. He attended Andrew Jackson High School in Jacksonville, FL, but later attended Christian Academy School and received his GED diploma. Jermane was a hardworking and ambitious individual. He pursued a career in culinary and his dedication and passion for food was evident in his work, leaving a lasting impact on colleagues and clients alike. He was deeply committed to his craft, always striving to make a difference and leave a positive mark on the world.

Beyond his professional achievements, Elijah Jermane Jackson was a man of many passions. He found joy in drawing, fishing, traveling, or simply enjoying time in the country and shooting with family. He embraced every experience with enthusiasm and love.

More than anything, Elijah Jermane Jackson was devoted to his family and friends. He cherished his relationships and was a source of strength, laughter, and unwavering support to those who needed him. He leaves to cherish his memories three beautiful kids: a daughter, Hailey Jackson; two sons, Elijah Gio Jackson and London Jackson; siblings, his sister, Liquetta Bush (Clifford) of Thomasville, GA, and Ashley Anderson of Brooks County; brothers, Antonio Samuel (Courtney) of Thomasville, GA, and Jamie Jackson (Chloe) of Jacksonville, FL; along with a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Johnny Ruth Jackson; Uncle James; Aunt Dorothy; and cousin Jamal, whom we take comfort in knowing welcomed him with open arms. Though the pain of his loss is overwhelming, we find solace in the memories he left behind.

His spirit will live on in every shared story, every echo of laughter, and every act of love inspired by his example. We will forever carry him in our hearts.

Visitation will be Friday, March 27, 2026 at the Stevens-McGhee chapel from 1PM-7PM.
