Jamal Dion Small, was born on October 8, 1994 in Miami, Florida. He was a fun loving person with a very bright personality and an upbeat sense of humor. He knew how to have fun and make others laugh. He was known for encouraging others and he was a great friend to others.

Jamal passed away from this side of life on November 13, 2025. He will truly be missed.

He leaves to cherish his memories; Parents: Emanuel Small, Ula Pearle (Pastor Ronnie) Frazier, Daughter: Jaylee Dakota Small; "Honorary Daughter: Addison Grace Nixon. Siblings: Brittany Denise (Christopher) Gurley, Veronica Renee Small, DeShawn Marquez Small and Emanuel Small, Jr; Step-siblings: Lanier Jamar Smiley, Calvin Sntiley, Brandon Smiley, Brian Smiley LaRhonda Frazier; Jennifer (Dondell) Green, Brandy (Eric) Robinson, Natalie Smiley; Grandparents: Bernard Essie McPhee, Nita Small Lovett, Fannie Frazier, a Special Loving Companion: Latrice Cummings, and a host nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins, Godparents, other relatives, and friends.
