The Obituary

Ms. Julia Lee Harris was born in Brooks County Georgia on December 26, 1948. She was educated in the Brooks County School System and departed this life on March 15, 2021.

She is preceded in death by her parents, the late Eddie and Julia Harris, two sons, Paul Stewart and Rodney Harris, two aunts, Mary Frazier and Sarah Grant.

Julia Leaves to cherish her memory two daughters - Tammy Williams (Richard) of Quitman, GA, Stephanie Sapp (Leon) of Valdosta, GA, four sisters – Dorothy Denson, Carolyn Dixon of Quitman, GA, Eddie Mae Davis (Eddie James), Melissia Tucker (Lloyd) of Valdosta, GA, two brothers – Sidney Harris, George Brooks (Jeanette) of Valdosta, GA, Thirteen Grandkids – Temeshia Hill (Derrick), Katrice Harris, Richard Williams Jr., Shieka Sapp, Keith Sapp, Leon Graham Jr., Julia Sapp, Antonio Stewart, Paul Thomas, Keira Stewart, Santana Lewis, Stephanie, Mary Boatman. She also leaves family and friends who will remember her forever.

A celebration of life will be Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 3PM at North End Cemetery with Pastor John Manning, eulogist. Visitation will be Friday at the Stevens-McGhee Chapel from 3PM-7PM.
