"To everything there is a season, a time to every purpose under the neaven. (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
Louis Peak I, (62), was born on May 16, 1960, to the late Louis Peak, Jr. & Betty Peak in Valdosta, GA. He was 2nd born of six (6) siblings.
He received his education in the Valdosta City Schools. Upon graduation, Louis enlisted in the United States Air Force and later received an honorable discharge. After years of working with All States Van Lines, he moved to Gainesville, FL and later retired from the Department of Veteran Affairs as a Substance Abuse Counselor.
Louis loved cooking, fishing, movies, & music. However, his love for his family superseded all of that. He married his love, Gloria Oseni on September 13, 2020. They resided in Blythewood, South Carolina.
Those left to cherish his memories: his devoted wife, Gloria J. Peak; his stepchildren, Shakira & Rashid Oseni; his mother; Betty Peak; his mother-in-law: Carrie Mae Pettway; his siblings: Carol Jacobs (Verne), Patricia Peak, Sharon Peak, and Curtis Peak (Vanessa); a host of sisters-in-laws, brothers-in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, fishing buddies, and other friends.
A celebration of life will be Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 2PM at Greater Pleasant Temple church with Rev. Ronnie Brinson, eulogist. Burial will follow in Elam Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
Continue to keep the family in your thoughts and prayers.
