Obituary
Vana Lee Williams was born December 10, 1939 to the late Richard Williams, Sr. and Betsy Graham. She was the youngest of 21 children. Vana was a dedicated church going woman that held a strong faith in God, the Son and Holy Spirit. She had a kind and loving heart that touched many. She was raised in Boston, GA, where she was surrounded by family and lived there as an adult. Later in life, she relocated to Blakely, GA due to health issues.
On October 29, 2021 she departed from this earth into heaven peacefully and quietly.
She leaves behind a son Kelvin Williams, Sr. (Evelyn) of Boston, GA; a daughter Vickie Williams of Boston, GA; three grandchildren Alaysia Brown (Daytaveya), of Thomasville, GA, Kevin Williams, Jr. of Valdosta, GA and Marqueze Williams of Boston, GA; a sister Hattie Hugans of Boston, GA; a brother Robert Williams (Mamie) of Valdosta, GA; a special niece Karla Denise Evans of Boston, GA; also left behind are a host of nieces, nephews and cousins by whom she will truly be missed.
A celebration of life will be Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 1PM at the Boston Cemetery with Pastor Jackie Hargrow, eulogist. Visitation will be Friday at the Stevens-McGhee Chapel from 3PM-7PM.
