Obituary For Carl Singleton

Mr. Carl Singleton was born on February 14, 1963, in Kershaw County South Carolina. He departed this life on Friday afternoon, July 1, 2022. He was the son of the late Willie and Annie Lee Patterson Singleton.

Carl accepted Christ at an early age and joined Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Carl was a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School.

Carl was employed with Lehigh Structural Steel Company and Springs Industries for many years.

Carl leaves to cherish fond memories, one son, Tyrell McCain of Heath Springs, SC; one brother, Rosco Singleton (Mary Francis) of Heath Springs, SC; three sisters, Willie Lee Carter, and Darlene Chavis (Emory) both of Heath Springs, SC, and Joe Ann Mackey of Lugoff; one aunt, Athella Anthony of Lancaster, SC.

Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Funeral Service will be conducted by Rev. Dr. B.L. Stinson.

Viewing will be 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Stewart Funeral Home.
