David Thomas Hinson, 66, entered eternal rest on December 8, 2022. He was the son of the late Jessie James Hinson, Sr. and the late Lula Bell Hinson,
David accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age and joined Pleasant Valley Baptist Church.
David was educated in the Lancaster County School District and graduated from Andrew Jackson High School. He began his working career at a young age at Springs Industries and later became employed at Jomars.
David was known in Lancaster for always riding his bike. He was very fond of taking pictures capturing special moments and beautiful scenery of places he visited.
David’s loving memories will be cherished by his four sisters, Marilyn Alexander of Rock Hill, SC, Annie Reid (Edward) of Lancaster, SC, Patience Clyburn of Spartanburg, SC and Margaret Truesdale of Kershaw, SC; two brothers, Jonathan Hinson of Washington, DC and James Hinson, Jr. of Frederickburg, Va. .and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral Service will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, December 16, 2022, at Stewart Funeral Home. Reverend Jerusha Gaither and Reverend Randy Grove will conduct the service.
