Cecilia Denise Spires-Baker was born on August 21, 1958 in Elmira, New York to the late Randy Spires and Trellis Lamar. At the age of eight, she and her family relocated to Fort Pierce, Florida where she attended the schools St. Lucie County. Cecilia met the late Jimmie Forrest Thompson where the two had one beautiful daughter, Tisa Spires. She held various jobs throughout the years of her life.
