Debra Parker was born on October 24, 1954 in Fort Pierce, Florida to the late Julius and Bessie White. She attended the local schools of Saint Lucie County and graduated from Lincoln Park Academy in 1972. Debra grew up attending First Bethel Missionary Baptist Church holding a lifelong membership.
On June 13, 1975, Debra married the love of her life, Willie E. Parker. She was a very hard worker, a great mother, and grandmother. She was strong, fierce, and very family oriented. Debra was known for her love to cook, clean, fishing, and listen to music.
On March 22, 2023, the book of life was closed for Debra Parker. She was preceded in death by her husband: Willie E. Parker; son: Cedric D. Parker; mother: Bessie M. White; father: Julius White, Jr.; sisters: Eula Brint, Joyce Kirby, and Sharon White.
Left to cherish her precious memories are her children: Latisha Parker and Jonia Charles; siblings: Janice(Willie) Clover, Sebrina White, and Julius White III; grandchildren: Cedric Jr, Cedravius, Cedarius, Cedrica, Cedtron Parker. Shawntaria W., Algernon D., JaeβVianni G., JaβMyla D., and AβRiah B; best friend: Brenda V.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss her dearly.
Public visitation for Debra Parker will take place on Friday, April 7, 2023 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Stone Brothers Funeral Home in Fort Pierce, FL. Funeral Services will convene on Saturday, April 8, 2023 at First Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Fort Pierce, FL beginning at 11:00am. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Although many venues have opened and the restrictions of COVID-19 have been relaxed, we at Stone Brothers Funeral Homes are still enforcing the guidelines set forth by the CDC and FDOH to protect our families and our staff.
