JC. Kitt Jr. was born on August 2, 1936, to the late J.C. Kitt, Sr. and Sadie Kitt in Fort Pierce, Florida
JC was a lifelong resident of Fort Pierce, Florida. He retired from Saint Lucie County Parks and Recreation as a foreman.
JC was a loving man and very outgoing. He was loved, respected, and admired by his family and friends, lodge brothers and sisters, and neighbors. He enjoyed waking up early driving to McDonalds only to enjoy a “bad cup of coffee” (his words). JC was a faithful member of Greater New Bethel and he highly respected his pastor and church members. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to assist anyone in need. He was known across St. Lucie County and as far as Miami Dade County for his ribs, smoke turkey, and fried turkey. He will greatly be miss by all that admired and loved him.
