He fought unto the end when his sickness confined him to Fort Pierce Health facility.

On Friday March 15, 2019, Sam’s life journey on earth ended at Treasure Coast Hospice Facility of Fort Pierce, Florida. He was loved by friends, family and care given by a special niece Cynthia Spann of Vero Beach, Florida.
