On October 27, 1958, a beautiful baby girl was born in Vero Beach, Florida. She was given the name of Sandra Denise Woolfork. Growing up in Gifford, Florida, she attended the public schools of Indian River County. She later married her high school sweetheart, Moses Jackson III. They lived in Miami, Florida for a few years then moving back to Gifford, Florida seeking to be closer to her mother. To this union two beautiful daughters were the focus and joy of their lives. Sandra Denise Woolfork Jackson was baptized at an early age and was a faithful member of Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, later joining St. Peter’s Missionary Baptist Church and ending her services at Bibleway Church of God In Christ under the pastorate of Superintendent Jack Buckner. She loved her precious opportunities to serve at her church and did so until her health began to fail. During her many years of employment, she was an exceptional cook, serving thousands who were afforded the opportunity to experience her “Five Star” cooking. On Sunday, January 22, 2019, around 4:19 p.m. Mrs. Sandra Denise Jackson departed this life at the Kindred Hospital in Melbourne, Florida.
