I'm the saute cook at Coconuts, she worked face to face with me, our stations are directly across from each other. I met the family at the funeral. She was such a sweet heart, we helped each other every day and talked about going out. No prejudice about anything, I couldn't wait to see her kids and hang out. She always called me Mr. Adam, not Chef or Saute like everyone else. She is going to be missed by a kitchen crew, and more people than you know! To the family my DEEPEST CONDOLENCES! This morning was one of the hardest things I've ever delt with as a Chef! LOVE YOU GIDG!
