I have known Bridgette since she came to Florida High in 7th grade. We graduated together in 1979. Bridgette was always a bright spirit who was so much fun to be around - she was so kind and loving and I looked forward to seeing her every day during my high school years. The last time I saw Bridgette was at our 40th class reunion last fall, and she had not changed one bit. Still full of spunk, and feisty as ever. I loved her and she was a special friend who will be missed. I look forward to seeing you in heaven my old friend. Love always, Richard Albertson

Bridgette and I started off as co-workers and soon became fast friends at VR. We would go to Morrisons for lunch. When she was working at FAMU, we would eat lunch at Seinyard's in Woodville. Although we didn't see and talk to each other that often in her latter years, we had a friendship that transcended time. She and Angela (AP) came to my wedding. I met Herb. She would tell me stories sbout her family whom she was so proud and loved beyond measure. I called her "Beej" I adored my "Beej" Knowing that I don't have my friend is a deep sorrow! Until that time when the dead in Christ shall rise; sleep in heavenly peace. Love always, Patrick Wilson
Chicken Salad has to be my favorite memory, but we had a few special memories of just talking and sharing funny thoughts. I will always remember our last conversation I will miss you my friend daily. Thanks Bridget for allowing me to be a special part of your life. Debbie Butler James
