On behalf of the staff and management of Strong & Jones Funeral Home, Inc., we would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the family of Deacon Charles Prince Pelham Jr.
What an awesome, amazing, and altruistic man was Charles. I will always remember how melodius he was about blowing his saxophone. He was a serious and stellar student, having served as the VP of our senior class at James S Rickard HS. Our community has lost a unique servant who is preparing to go to that land where travelers are never known to return. Charles, save a seat at the table for me, my brother. Shalom!

To my classmate, Charles, family. He was an awesome person. In school he was very serious, And that is why he was the vice president of our class. He was a kind, gentle, and a gentleman, even as a kid. He will be missed and our prayers go out to his family. Wishing peace as you celebrate his life. Prayers, Andrea Welcome-Hawkins
