Tallahassee - Flozell Haynes-Floyd made a peaceful transition from life to eternity on Sunday, March 14, 2021. She was born to the late Isabell Gaines and the late Purcell Haynes.

Graveside services will be 12 noon, Monday, March 22, 2021 at Tallahassee Memory Gardens, 4037 N. Monroe St. For those attending the service, as an option, you may wear your Lincoln High or FAMU colors.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lincoln Center Foundation, Inc., 438 W. Brevard St., Tallahassee, FL 32304 (These funds will be used to support the Lincoln Center's activities and programs.) or the FAMU Foundation, Inc., 625 E. Tennessee St., Suite 100, Tallahassee, FL 32308 (memo: FAMU/FSU College of Engineering/F.H. Floyd)

Viewing will be Friday, March 19, Saturday, March 20, and Sunday, March 21, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at Strong & Jones Funeral Home. Out of respect for COVID-19 protocols, please observe the social distancing guidelines and wear masks.
