Condolences to the Family of Freeman D. "Pete" Pride
We extend our heartfelt condolences to our beloved family and cousins of Freeman D. "Pete" Pride. Pete carried with honor and dignity a name that holds deep special meaning in our family—he was named after our late father, Freeman Pride, his beloved uncle "Ted," whom he loved very much. That connection has always been a source of pride, love, and family unity.
Pete's passing leaves a space that cannot be filled, but his memory will continue to live on in the stories we share, the love we hold, and the legacy he leaves behind. May the Pride family find comfort in knowing how deeply he was loved and how beautifully he represented the strength of our family name.
With sincere sympathy and love, Freeman Lee Pride Jones & Nadine Pride Powell
Condolences to the Pride Family
To the Family of Freeman D. Pride, I extend my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to you during this time of sorrow. Freeman was not only my mother, Juanita Pride Troupe's first cousin—he was a cherished part of our family's history. His father, Uncle Jim, and my grandfather Freeman "Ted" were brothers, and he carried our grandfather's name with honor, strength, and dignity.
Freeman's presence, his spirit, and the legacy he leaves behind will forever remain a part of the Pride family's story. May the love you shared and the memories you hold bring comfort, peace, and healing in the days ahead.
A fallen "FAMU Rattler" Gone Home to Glory! May You Rest In Paradise.
With sincere sympathy, Felicia Chaires Austin-Jackson
