Obituary for John Robinson
John Henry Robinson passed in peace on Monday, August 5, 2019 at the age of 93. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Robinson; son, Alvin Robinson and daughter, Dianne Robinson. John was born on January 27, 1926 to Henry and Brina Robinson. John had a passion for building homes, farming and helping others. He was known for his kind and compassionate spirit. He will truly be missed by family and friends. He leaves behind three granddaughters, Shaundra (Lynn) Robinson and Latoya Robinson Bragg both of Savannah, Georgia; Gladys Robinson-Calloway (Deimus) of Tallahassee, Florida; son, Johnny Robinson; eleven great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 17, 2019, 11:00 A.M. at Philadelphia Primitive Baptist Church. Burial will be Monday, August 19, 2019 at Tallahassee National Cemetery.
