It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Julia Mae Simmons.
Julia Mae Simmons, 89, died Thursday, February 5, 2026.
Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 14, 2026 at First Presbyterian Church, 110 N, Adams St. with burial at Union Branch Cemetery.
Viewing will be from 12:00 (Noon) to 6:00 P.M. Friday, February 13, 2026 at Strong & Jones Funeral Home.
Survivors include two daughters, Debra Davis and Lafran Simmons; two sons, Marlon Wyche (DeEdgra) and Marvin Wyche (Mitzi); one brother, Cornell Simmons Jr.; one sister, Gertrude Simmons; 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a host of other loving family members and friends.
