Obituary for Lucille Brown
Lucille Holliday Brown at the age of 97 passed away Saturday, August 17, 2019. Born May 15, 1922 in Tallahassee to Dallis & Claudia Baldwin. She was preceded in death by her parents and 9 sibling.
Lucille married George (Rabbit) Holliday in 1941 and James Brown in 1979. Both husband preceded her in death.
Lucille was a member of Bethel A.M.E. Church. She also was a charter member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority. Both of these insitution was very dear to her.
Lucille is survived by her son, Lee Duval Holliday (Patricia); two grandchildren, Jhamal Holliday and Symone Holliday; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 11 A.M. Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Bethel A.M.E. Church with burial at Greenwood Cemetery.
Wake service will be Friday, August 30, 2019 from 6 to 7 P.M. at Bethel A.M.E. Church.
