Obituary For Mr. Booker T. Floyd
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Booker T. Floyd, Sr.
Funeral service will be 11:00AM Saturday August 17, 2024 at Bethel M.B. Church, with burial at Southside Cemetery. Viewing will be 10am - 6pm, Friday, August 16, 2024 at Strong & Jones Funeral Home.
Left to cherish his love and memory are his wife of 53 years, Lillian Floyd; sons, Booker T. Floyd, Jr., Marvin McMillian, Clarence Marshall and Ronnie Marshall; daughters, Tina Floyd and Theresa Pease; one brother, Willie Floyd, Sr.; two sister, Katie Floyd, Mary A. Williams and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Along with his parents, Booker was preceded in death by his daughter, Shirley Wright and brother, Jerry Floyd, Sr.
