It is with profound sadness that we announce the
Develin Devon Manning, 34, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at the Old West Florida Enrichment Center, followed by interment at Walker Cemetery in Wakulla County.
A public viewing will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025, from 12:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Strong & Jones Funeral Home.
Develin is lovingly remembered by his mother, Deborah Manning; his father, Major Manning (Lily); his brother, Christopher Turner; and a host of other devoted relatives and friends.
He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.passing of Mr. Develin Devon Manning.
To my cousin, Deborah, Marsha, and Chris, you are in my prayers as you mourn the loss of your son, nephew, and brother. Develin was a special young man and we loved him dearly. I'm glad to where he will spend eternity. Rest in peace Develin, we will meet again in the presence of our heavenly Father.
With a heavy heart, cousin Debbie words cannot express how I feel to hear that Develin is not with us anymore. I have enjoyed all of the good times we've had together. Know this, although Im not around , I pray that God will give you strength to be strong and that we love you all. Cousin Paula.
You were truly an angel on this side of heaven, and the Father has called you home to watch over us. We enjoyed meeting and talking with you on our walks downtown. Even if you saw just one of us you would ask about our missing parties. You will truly be missed but never forgotten. It was a pleasure just to be in your presence.
I'm so sorry for your loss, delvelin touch alot of lives, at many churches with his music. At work at dollar general and at mister Micheal downtown. He was truly a good friend to everyone who crossed his path. He will truly be missed. I pray that the family will always hold on to his memories and that awesome smile of his! God bless the family! One of the most charitable, kind and loving gentleman that I have ever had the privilege of knowing. My days were always best when I was greeted by Develin. A true joy and blessing to everyone.
I thank God for allowing me to have met Develin. He was a joy to be around. His heart was pure and embedded with love and kindness for all people. He will truly be missed by many, many people. Remember, Family, keep God first and always pray.
