My condolences to the family. I got to meet Ms. Coreen when she visited her daughter, my friend, Winifred. Each time, when I will see her, she wore a smile that was absolutely beautiful. I will miss seeing her smile and hear her soft spoken voice. Family, know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. So, I leave you with this scripture: "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know." John 14: 1-4 May the Lord Bless and Comfort You during this difficult time! With Love, Roberta Martin

We will truly miss Cousin Coreen. She has been a friend for my whole life. When we lived on West Preston Street, she would always visit my family, especially when visiting her mother, my aunt. She brought my mother and sister to my wedding 53 years ago. I remember the time I was a student at FAMU and Cousin Coreen was a nurse for students. I could always go and talk to her when I needed advice. We pray that the family will find peace in knowing that she lived a Christian life and tried to help everyone she could. Love, Willie James "Bill" Jackson
Our staff will continue to keep your family in our prayers. We thank you for allowing us to serve your family.
