Tallahassee - Rev. Robert James Fennell Jr. 65, died Friday, November 20, 2020.
Do to the pandemic, services will be restricted to immediate family members only.
Funeral service will be 11 A.M. Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Strong & Jones Chapel with burial at Southside Cemetery.
Viewing will be Friday, December 4, 2020 from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M. at Strong and Jones Funeral Home.
Survivors include three sisters, Ann Meredith (Ernest), Carmena Fennell and Deborah Monroe (Rudolph); two brothers, Joseph Brown (Vavesia) and Terrance Hodge; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert J. Fennell Sr. and Mary E. Fennell.
Reverend Robert Fennell Jr. was my God brother. He held a special place in me and my families lives. We will miss him greatly Friendship does not end at death, its eternal. Prayers and Condolences to the Fennell Family. So many memories growing up in the A.M.E. Church. Robert was a gifted musician with a love for life, music and everyone whose life he touched. No matter when I saw him there was an infectious smile and a big hug. I will miss you my friend.
