Precious memories, how they linger. How they ever flood my soul...To the family: Janie Bell gave me lots of precious memories. Coming to NC from MD as a teenager. What a wonderful woman of God!! She just took us right in for the duration of our stay. Even though she had teenagers of her own. There was always enough: Enough hugs, enough smiles, enough love. I thank God for the time He allowed us to have with Janie Bell. Even though I will miss her so, she has taken her seat at the Lord's table. May God continue to Bless you. May Jesus continue to cover you. May the Holy Spirit comfort you in a time such as this. Connie Hammond & the Hammond Family

Our deepest sympathy to The family! May God bless you to find peace through Christ Jesus and the legacy she left for you to follow.
Our condolences are personal and heartfelt. Our family loved Janie Bell. She was a caring and loving soul that always looked out for others. She had the strength and energy and ability to do so much. She greeted everyone with eyes that sparkled and a smile that was unforgettable. She was never too busy to call, visit, and encourage the sick and shut in. I will miss her making special trips to bring me Nuggets every time she went to McDonalds. She was a pillar to her family, the church and community whether sewing, quilting, doing hair, or serving in so many other compacities. Janie Bell was just a wonderful and lovable person. She meant so much to so many and have left a memorable reflection in the hearts and minds of those who love her. I will miss you, my friend. Ora Jackson & Family

Greetings, I remember living across the street (road) from Janie Bell and her family; she was one of our, "moms of the community". During this time, Tomahawk highway was alive with one family after another with plenty of kids; along with the other wonderful "community moms", Janie lived the concept of," it takes a village to raise a child". Effortlessly, she demonstrated her love for God, her family, and the community. There's another angel in heaven assigned to watch over you and your loved ones; may her positive and uplifting spirit continue to be present in your lives. Be Blessed! Trust our Lord, God and Redeemer! (Carlton and Linder)
