Retired Air Force TSGT Billy Ray Melvin, age 71 of Roseboro NC departed this life on December 6, 2021. A private family graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 11th at 2:00 PM in the Boone Family Cemetery.
He is survived by: daughters, Vanessa Melvin, Rita Ware, Janice (Benjamin) Horne and Dana Judge; sons, David Melvin and Terrence (Christine) Lovejoy; sister, Gale (Larry) Newman and a host of other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Friday, December 10th from 4:00 PM to. 7:00 PM at Summerville-Boykin Mortuary in Garland, NC.
