With a heavy heart, I mourn the passing of my beloved Uncle Von.

Though our hearts are filled with sorrow, I find comfort in God's promise that He is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. I pray that the Lord welcomes Uncle Von into His eternal presence, where there is no more pain, suffering, or tears.

Thank you, Uncle Von, for the love, wisdom, and memories you shared with our family. Your life touched so many, and your legacy will continue to live on in our hearts.

To our entire family, may God's grace sustain us during this difficult season. May He grant us strength when we feel weak, peace when our hearts are troubled, and hope through the promise of the resurrection. We may grieve today, but we do not grieve without hope, for we know that those who trust in the Lord have the promise of everlasting life.

Rest peacefully, Uncle Von. Until we meet again, may you rest in the loving arms of our Savior.

"May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; may the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace." — Numbers 6:24–26
