Williams - Mr. Joe Williams a resident of White Oak, Georgia, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 1PM on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at Browns Chapel AME Church, 332 New Post Road, White Oak, Georgia. There will not be a wake. The body will lie in state from noon until the hour of service. The interment will immediately follow the service in Evergreen Cemetery, White Oak, Georgia.
