Mr. Andy Oliver, 68, passed on June 2, 2024 in Augusta, GA.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Words of Wisdom Church with Pastor Betty Williams, officiating. Interment to follow in Green Acres Cemetery. Public viewing is Wednesday, June 12, 2024 from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. EST.
On Sunday, June 2, 2024, Minister Andy Oliver was called by his heavenly Father to spend eternity with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Andy Oliver, also known as “Captain America”, was born on December 10, 1955, in Atlanta, GA to the late Flossie Oliver.
Andy was a great and loving husband, father, and friend. He served his country in the U.S. Military for 20 years and was a father to children of many nations. He was funny, gentle, and protective man who loved God. He was the best dad in the whole world.
He was preceded in death by his lovely wife, Kaysandra Oliver; mother, Flossie; two sisters, Florie Walker and Betty Oliver-Allen.
Survivors include his seven daughters, Lakeisha Oliver, Ambroisha Byrd, Tiffany Oliver, Ora Oliver, Natasha Sanders, Nikelsy Oliver, Caylee Oliver; six sons, John Anderson, Anthony Oliver, Rakeem Oliver, Robert Antly-Oliver, Ronnie Antly-Oliver, Austin Oliver; six granddaughters, BriAsia Goodman, Ameisha Byrd, Qi’Andra Oliver, Simone Oliver, Sapphire Sanders, Miracle Oliver; four grandsons, John Anderson, J’Sean Oliver, Ahmad Spears, Sirius Oliver; two brothers, Jerry Oliver and Ted Oliver; six sisters, Jane Dixon, Cathrine Smith, Bernice Woods, Edith Oliver, Tonya Harden, Vonciel Butler; and a host of nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives, and friends.
I have so many memories with Momma and Papa Oliver. I'm so grateful to have met them both and I know they are both resting in the arms of Jesus. My love and prayers goes out to the Oliver family, my extended family. I love ya'll.
