Celestine “Tina” Hoskins Dolly, born to Annie Pearl Perry Hoskins and Charlie Hoskins on November 10, 1969, embarked on her earthly journey with grace and determination. In her early years, Tina graced the pages of the Columbus Times newspaper as a model and dancer while pursuing her studies in Accounting at Columbus State University. Her passion for numbers and dedication to excellence would become hallmarks of her professional journey.
Tina's commitment to her craft led her to achieve her associate degree, and for decades, she devoted her talents to H&R Block, where her expertise and warm heart left an indelible mark on those she served.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tina's greatest joy was found in the cherished roles she played as a loving sister, a devoted wife, and a selfless caretaker. Her kindness and compassion were boundless, touching the lives of all fortunate enough to know her.
Tina peacefully journeyed home on October 7, 2023. Her spirit will forever be a guiding light for those who knew and loved her.
Tina leaves behind a legacy of love that will forever be etched in the hearts of those she held dear.
She is survived by her husband, Chris Dolly; her sisters, Micikell Perry and Tawanaa Hoskins. Her memory will live on in the countless lives she touched, and the echoes of her laughter will resonate in the hearts of those who loved her.
May Tina's soul find eternal peace, and may her memory be a blessing to us all.

It's with a heavy heart that I have learned the passing of my dear sister and fellow Tax Professional. I have known Tina for 10+ years, but only worked with her at the same H&R Block office for only one year, this past tax season. Even when I didn't directly work with her, I remember her sweet spirit; and I liked that you got the same Tina every time. I can remember a lot of cute stories about Tina, that make me smile and laugh. I will miss her. My condolences to her family, I wish that I would have got a chance to meet her family. If you, her family, need anything or need someone to talk to, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at toni.d.keith@gmail.com, and I will get back to you; I sincerely mean that. Lovingly yours, Elder Toni Keith, and Tax Professional for H&R Block.
