Mr. Curtis Bernard Threatts, 58, of Smiths, AL passed Monday, July 18, 2022 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. EST, Saturday, July 23, 2022 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Motts Church of Christ Cemetery, Smiths Station, AL. Visitation is Friday, July 22, 2022 from 2-5 p.m. EST.
Mr. Threatts was born February 1, 1964 in Phenix City, AL to the late Joel Threatts and Ella Wee Word. He was a member of New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Curtis Ledbetter.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories one daughter, Tyechia Brown; five grandchildren, Tieara Brown, JaMya Brown, Jakaria Brown, Zion Brown and London Mo'nae Baldwin; one brother, Johnny Threatts of Elmore, AL and JoAnn Ware of Smiths, AL; special friend, Kiara Crawford; one niece, Nicole Threatt; two nephews, Deon McCoy and Darrean Williams; special cousins, Stacey Gary, Zanterrious Gary and Kelvin Lokey and host uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends.
