Mrs. Cynthia D. Hudson, 55, of Phenix City, AL passed Thursday, November 4, 2021 in Phenix City, AL.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. EST, Friday, November 12, 2021 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. J.W. Jones, officiating. Interment to follow in New Hope Baptist Church Old Cemetery Holy Trinity. Visitation is Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 1-5 p.m. EST.
As the night grows slowly into the morning. On Thursday, November 4, 2021, God called one of his “Praying Angels” home for eternal rest.
Ms. Cythenia Hudson was a dedicated, loving and caring grandmother. She was a member of Macedonia Christian Ministries. She was born on September 1, 1966 in Ft. Benning, GA to Diane McCory and Tommie Lee Tolbert.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Diane McCory and Tommie Lee Tolbert; brother, Alfred Spearman and four aunts; Josephine Thomas, Mary Thomas, Barbara Spearman and Shirley Redd.
Left to cherish and honor her memories, daughter, Tierra Spearman of Columbus, GA; son, Antonio Turrae Hudson, Jr. of Columbus,GA; two grandchildren, Caleb and Cayla Klaif; brothers, Tommie Lee Spearman of Phenix City, AL and Christopher Boswell of Columbus, GA; sisters, Mary Alice Grant, Shavon Tolbert and Michele (Damion) Grimes all of Columbus,GA and a host of other siblings from the Horton family; four great aunts, Willie Mae Cox of Chicago, IL, Annette Thomas and Judy Thomas both of Columbus, GA and Verlene Thomas of Phenix City, AL; two devoted cousins, Joann Gibson of Columbus, GA and Rayshaun (Shirley) Spearman of Belton, TXand a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
