Mrs. Diane Ford Bailey, 76, of Phenix City, AL passed on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 in Columbus, GA

Graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. EST, on Monday, August 3, 2026 at Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery. No public viewing.

Mrs. Diane Ford Bailey was born on June 22, 1950, in Columbus, Georgia, to the late Jesse Noble Ford and Mattie Fluellen Dowdell. She graduated from South Girard High School in 1968, as the captain of the cheerleading squad. She worked as a pharmacy technician at Cobb Memorial Hospital for 25 years and another 10 years at the Medical Park Pharmacy. Her hobbies included shopping and traveling. She was a member of Franchise Missionary Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband of 55 years, Milton Bailey, Jr.; two sons, Parise (Adrianne) Bailey and Jarrett Bailey; three grandchildren, Schatorri Bailey, Jaylan (Tayllor) Bailey, and Aaron Bailey; two great-grandchildren, Kylo Bailey and Sanai Bailey; a sister, Jeannette Harvey; and a host of other relatives and friends.
