Mrs. Eddie Lou Johnson, 81, of Columbus, GA passed Friday, August 27, 2021 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. EST Friday, September 3, 2021 at Nichols Chapel A.M.E Church with Rev. Dr. Isaac Hudson, officiating. Interment to follow in Ross Chapel A.M.E Zion Church Cemetery, Hurtsboro, AL. Visitation is Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 1-5 p.m. EST.
Mrs. Johnson was born February 29, 1940 to the late Sarah Dubose and the late Ross Fountain in Hurtsboro, AL. She was a graduate of Russell County High School,Certified Nursing Assistant and a member of Nichols Chapel A.M.E Church.
Suvivors include one son, Johnny Johnson, Sr. (Bob); one daughter, Sarah (Robert) Vance; one brother, Nathaniel Dubose; six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
