Obituary For Geraldine Hughley
Ms. Gerldine Hughley, 81, of Phenix City, AL passed Thursday, June 25, 2020 in Phenix City,
A private service will be held, Friday, July 3, 2020 with Pastor Noble Williams, officiating. Interment will follow in Edmonds Cemetery, Phenix City, AL. Visitation will be Thursday, July 2, 2020 from 11-5 p.m. EST.
Ms. Geraldine Hughley was born on December 9, 1938 in Fort Mitchell, Alabama, the daughter of the late Junior and Julia Brown Chambers.
She was a member of Greater Mount Zion Baptist Church. She retired from Fieldcrest Mills in Phenix City, Alabama. She was also employed at Oak Manor and Pine Manor Nursing Homes.
Preceded in death include her husband, Ernest Hughley, Jr., six brothers; Sonny, Robert, Eddie, Milton, Wilson, and James; three sisters, Julia, Leola, and Bernice.
Geraldine leaves to cherish her memory her children, Earnest(Felicia)Hughley III,Sheila Porch, and Charlene Williams all of Phenix City, AL; sisters-in-laws, Hellen(Elzie) Collins and Earlene Chambers; grandchildren, Kentrell Porch and Tramal Williams; great-grandsons, Javien Womack and Kyler Porch.
